About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including in-person, phone, and online.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to clients as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
