About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including in-person, phone, and online.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to clients as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
