Teller Service Specialist

About the role

Teller Service Specialists are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial services. They also assist customers with account inquiries and help them navigate the bank's online banking platform.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial services efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and guide them through the bank’s online banking system.
• Follow bank policies and procedures to maintain security and compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in a banking environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is beneficial.

Pay
