About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including in-person, phone, and online. Conduct transactions, provide financial advice, and assist with account management.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide financial guidance and solutions to clients.
- Manage client accounts and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking or finance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Schedule
