About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including in-person, phone, and online. Conduct transactions, provide financial advice, and assist with account management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide financial guidance and solutions to clients.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in banking or finance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems.
