Member Service Hybrid Agent (Roswell)

About the role

The Member Service Hybrid Agent (MSHA) position combines elements of both the Teller and Member Service Agent roles. This role is primarily conducted onsite at the branch.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive member relationship through accurate account entries.
• Provide high-quality sales performance and high member satisfaction ratings.
• Identify and address member financial needs, promoting and referring products and services.
• Process various transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks.
• Handle mortgage and loan payments, and assist in other branch-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain security of financial records.
• Perform notary public duties as directed by management.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Balance and reconcile various types of monetary transactions.
• Maintain credit union relationships and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Work flexible schedules, including extended hours and Saturdays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' customer service and/or sales experience.
• 6+ months' cash handling experience.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
• Flexibility in relieving multiple branch offices.
• Compliance with Credit Union policies and BSA regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Finance or related field preferred.
• 1+ years' Teller experience preferred.
• 1+ years' credit union or financial services experience preferred.
• 1+ years' loan experience preferred.
• Notary Public certification preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
• Symitar experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Delta Community Credit Union policies and procedures preferred.
