Responsibilities

• Create a successful career at Delta Community Credit Union, a place where opportunity meets purpose.
• Provide high-quality sales performance and high member satisfaction ratings.
• Take advantage of cross-selling opportunities by possessing in-depth product knowledge and anticipating member needs.
• Process various types of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and handling mortgage and loan payments.
• Ensure accurate account entries and handle consumer loan applications, including reviewing and analyzing applications and supporting documents.
• Open, close, and maintain member accounts, identify financial needs, and promote, recommend, and refer products and services.
• Respond to and resolve member concerns by partnering with them and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Work extended hours during the week and Saturdays as required.
• Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' customer service and/or sales experience.
• 6+ months' cash handling experience.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and work accurately with numbers.
• Flexible in daily work schedule and willing to relieve multiple branch offices, including Saturdays.
• Complies with Credit Union policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act regulations.
