Member Advisor Part-Time

About the Role

Join a team dedicated to helping people write their next chapter at TRUE Community Credit Union in Dearborn, MI. As a part-time Member Advisor, you’ll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for members—whether helping them open their first account, navigate financial decisions, or celebrate milestones.

Pay

$17.50–$19.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time, up to 29 hours per week. Shifts are Monday through Friday, starting as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m., with 2–3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Forge meaningful relationships with members
• Process transactions and open/maintain accounts
• Guide members through loan applications
• Assist members in discovering financial solutions tailored to their goals
• Deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression
• Identify opportunities to safeguard members from fraud
• Navigate multiple systems confidently
• Connect members with products and services to enhance their financial well-being
• Build trust and make a positive difference in members’ lives

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of retail, cash handling, banking, customer service, sales, or related experience (preferred)
