About the role
The role involves answering incoming calls, providing information, and converting callers into qualified leads and sales. It requires knowledge of the product portfolio and the ability to assist customers in selecting appropriate products.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and identify customer needs
- Follow up with members to discuss products and services
- Navigate multiple computer systems to document member information
- Demonstrate knowledge of the product portfolio and assist in product selection
- Absorb and complete enrollment applications over the phone
- Maintain high standards of performance, attendance, and consumer experience
- Obtain necessary state insurance licenses during training
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of customer service/sales experience
- Within 30 days, must obtain all appropriate state insurance licenses (may be completed during training)
- Ability to work regular shifts, including training period, with flexibility to adjust schedule and work overtime/weekends
- Likely to live within commutable distance to the De Pere, WI office
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED

Pay and Schedule
Hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $24.04 per hour, with the possibility of bonuses based on sales performance. The role is full-time with flexibility based on seasonality.
