Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily operational activities in specialty sections.
• Assisting with the development of new policies and procedures.
• Capturing and coordinating quality control and quality assurance programs.
• Acting as a technical resource for instrument operation or other technical areas.

Requirements

• 3-5 years Medical Technologist experience.
• A degree in a related field (Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), preferred.
• A valid Medical Technologist - Generalist license in the State of Florida.

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Technologist.
• Licensed Clinical Laboratory Technician.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
