The Doctors Silverstream are seeking an efficient and enthusiastic part time medical receptionist to join their friendly and dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact, greeting and providing excellent customer service to patients both face to face and over the phone.
• Providing patients with appropriate information.
• Booking appointments and processing payments.
• Accurately managing our patient database.
• Other general administrative duties.

Qualifications

• NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit
