Medical Receptionist - The Doctors Richmond

The Doctors Richmond is seeking an efficient and enthusiastic medical receptionist to join its friendly, dynamic team in a busy General Practice in Tasman. As the welcoming face of the clinic, you will ensure patients have a seamless experience from start to finish, blending compassion and organization to positively impact patient care. Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact, greeting and providing excellent customer service to patients both face to face and over the phone.
• Providing patients with appropriate information.
• Booking appointments and processing payments.
• Accurately managing our patient database.
• Other general administrative duties.

Requirements

• NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
• Previous experience with Medtech Evolution preferred.

Schedule
