About the role

Serve MI/CT Equipment in and around Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems. Manage financial performance, tool and test equipment management, and administrative duties. Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers.

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver timely and effective repairs, and train operators to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Manage financial performance, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management.
  • Ensure tool and test equipment expiration dates are managed, and document tool and test usage on eFSR.
  • Manage company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.
  • Perform and maintain administrative duties accurately and on-time.
  • Balance technical expertise with required administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ Years of field service experience.
  • Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with ability to work individually and in teams.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography, willing to participate in on-call rotation.
  • Proficiency in necessary network applications and tools.
  • Locate, read, and understand documents for install, set-up, repair, troubleshooting, schematics, block diagrams, and functional descriptions.
  • Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record.

Qualifications

  • Physical requirements: Lifting 50lbs, walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work, standing work, high-reach, fine grasping manipulation, good vision, and ability to work alone.

Skills

  • Familiarity with Medical Imaging Equipment service, preventative maintenance, and modifications.
  • Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using tools and service test equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Pay

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $64,060 - $88,088. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule

This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver’s license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law).
