Medical Imaging Field Engineer - Dallas / Fort Worth, TX

Responsibilities
- Service XP Imaging Equipment in the Dallas/ Fort Worth (East Texas) area.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
- Deliver timely and effective repairs, and adequately train operators to ensure optimal system performance, leading to superior customer satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance within your territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management.
- Manage company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.
- Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, and perform necessary administrative duties accurately.
- Manage and maintain company resources, demonstrating excellent judgment in customer relations and resource management.
- Apply principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding to mechanical, electrical, chemical, and software systems.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with ability to work individually and in teams.
- Proficiency in network applications and tools (e.g., eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
- Experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments, with 2+ years' experience.
- Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- General understanding of the principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding.
Skills
- Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment.
- Ability to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.
- Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.

Pay
The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $55,230 - $75,944. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
