Medical Imaging Field Engineer 4 , MR/CT - Dallas, TX
About the role
Serve as a Customer Service Engineer 4 in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metro area, providing service, preventative maintenance, and repairs on Siemens Healthcare systems. Manage finances, maintain tool and test equipment, and build relationships with customers and peers.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
- Train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management.
- Document tool and test equipment usage on eFSR and manage asset inventory.
- Maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.
- Perform and maintain administrative duties accurately and on-time.
- Mentor other Customer Service Engineers.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or technical degree.
- 5+ years of field service experience.
- Proficient in using tools and service test equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to drive independently.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment.
- Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.
- Physical abilities to lift 50lbs, walk, climb ladders, bend, twist, sit, squat, stand, and work at heights.
Skills
- Proficiency in network applications and tools (e.g., eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur).
- Ability to locate, read, and understand documents for installation, setup, repair, troubleshooting, schematics, block diagrams, and functional descriptions.

Pay
The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $86,220 - $118,558. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Schedule
This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver’s license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law).
