Who We’re Looking For
You’ll Get To...
- Own campaign strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest, spanning formats, markets, and the full marketing funnel.
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns daily: audiences, creative rotations, bidding strategies, budget pacing, and troubleshooting.
- Design and run structured tests across creative, audience, and format, and help shape the testing roadmap against cross-functional marketing goals.
- Use AI to automate reporting, accelerate analysis, and improve the quality and speed. Build repeatable workflows, not one-offs — and bring the judgment to know when the output is right and when it needs a harder look.
- Surface insights, keep performance reporting current, and know your numbers cold.
- Manage relationships with platform partners and work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and finance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on paid social buying for direct response campaigns. Deep Meta expertise is required. Pinterest and Reddit experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience optimizing large investment levels ($10M+) across multiple markets against conversion KPIs.
- Use AI as a genuine accelerant, not just chat prompts, but building workflows, automations, and agents that make the whole team faster. You think about where AI fits before defaulting to doing it manually, and you can show us what you've built.
- Own outcomes. You raise problems with a proposed next step, never just the problem.
- A strong grasp of conversion tracking, performance KPIs, and measurement fundamentals. Familiarity with incrementality testing or MMM is a plus.
- Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets and building clear, data-informed reports and presentations. Looker experience is a plus.
- A clear and proactive communicator. You share your perspective openly, align once a decision is made, and keep partners in the loop before they need to ask.
- Naturally curious and self-directed. When something looks off, you dig until you understand why. You're comfortable saying "I don't know" and always follow it with "let me find out."
