Brief Description
Fitzco is a fully-integrated agency offering services in advertising, strategic planning, media, digital, social, creative technology, performance marketing, and design. Our approach emphasizes an integrated team where all departments work together to help clients sell more products to more people. We've worked with clients such as UnitedHealth Group, Home Instead, EyeCare Partners, Southern Company, SYLVANIA, Wellstar, and others.
What You'll Do
- Build smart plans
- Contribute to the development of cross-channel media strategies for both traditional and digital channels
- Analyze competitive landscape, consumer insights, historical performance, and develop rationale for media plan recommendations and strategic use of channels
- Evaluate media proposals from partners and provide perspectives to clients
- Bring media plans into the world
- Work with Platforms and In-house Programmatic teams to execute media plans promptly and accurately
- Manage publisher RFPs
- Contribute to insertion order process and ensure adherence to agency terms & conditions
- Trafficking digital and traditional campaigns
- Monitor campaign deliveries, pacing, and suggest optimizations based on campaign KPI performance
- Monitor client expenditures and work with various teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Be a go-to media expert
- Contribute to our always-on trend spotting to establish a strong thought leadership position with clients in an ever-changing media landscape
- Collaborate within the agency to share best in class work and inspire upcoming briefs/plans
- Be curious about media, and find unique, efficient, and effective solutions for clients
What You Need To Succeed
- Grit: ask the tough questions, always know the "why", not just the "what"
- Agility: we're more nimble than ever, and we're looking for another pace setter
- Straight talk: we already have enough jargon
- Accountability: find the delicate balance of agility, quality of output, and impact to the business
- Minimum 2+ years of media planning experience, agency environment preferred
- Digital experience required, traditional experience bonus
- Working knowledge of research tools like ComScore, Simmons/MRI, MediaOcean, Kantar, Prisma etc.
- Working knowledge of asset trafficking to ensure accuracy and create reasonable timelines and expectations for deliverables
- Basic understanding of site tagging and analytics platforms like Adobe and Google Analytics
- Ability to write clear and concise presentations in a straightforward and enlightening way
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify and initiate the first steps in the process and see them through to the end of a project
Qualifications
