Media Strategist
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the development of strategic media plans aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and budget parameters.
- Cook up traditional media buys across print and out-of-home (OOH).
- Coordinate, develop, and execute traditional media buys across print and out-of-home (OOH).
- Support the planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns across social media, search, display, video, and other emerging platforms.
- Aid in the development of media proposals, audience insights, budget recommendations, and client-facing presentation materials.
- Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitive reviews to inform media recommendations and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with accounts, creative, digital, and production teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and messaging across channels.
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance, implementing optimizations and adjustments as needed to maximize effectiveness.
- Support campaign reporting and dashboard development through Google Data Studio, translating performance data into actionable insights.
- Aid in establishing campaign KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting standards to evaluate success.
- Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, publishers, and platform representatives to secure effective placements and value-added opportunities.
- Present media recommendations, campaign results, and strategic insights to internal teams and clients as needed.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging media channels, consumer behavior, and advertising technologies.
- Contribute to new business initiatives, RFP responses, and agency growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or relevant internship experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Asana and Monday.com.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Data Studio is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
The starting salary for this role is $45,000 annually; however, the final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
