Responsibilities
- Evaluate, negotiate, and activate media buys across multiple vendors to align with overarching marketing goals.
- Oversee flawless execution of media placements while maintaining rigorous stewardship standards and meeting strict deadlines.
- Analyze campaign data against established success metrics to ensure maximum ROI for the client.
- Assist with developing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries related to strategic investments.
- Manage vendor invoicing processes as required to ensure administrative accuracy.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving market trends and technological advancements within the media landscape.
- Foster positive, professional relationships both externally with media vendors and internally across agency departments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in broadcast activation or media buying.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong foundational knowledge of broadcast marketing concepts, industry best practices, and media math.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform complex mathematical calculations and data analysis.
