DAP Brands is seeking a results-driven, competitive, and highly strategic Experienced Media Buyer who thrives on performance and winning big. This role goes beyond placing ads. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of ROI-driven campaigns, uncover high-impact advertising opportunities, and continuously optimize performance in the competitive US market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute media buying strategies aligned with campaign objectives and ROI targets.
• Research and analyze media channels, audience demographics, and market trends to identify optimal advertising opportunities.
• Negotiate media rates, placements, and contracts with vendors to secure cost-effective and high-performing deals.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to build integrated media plans aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to optimize media spend and improve results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to drive innovation and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer, Media Planner, or similar role, preferably within the US market.
• Strong understanding of media planning principles, advertising channels, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with media vendors.
• Proficiency in media buying tools and advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
