About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, active colleague who enjoys being in the heart of the action and taking responsibility. No two days are the same! You will ensure guests can enjoy their day without worry, working alongside colleagues in a lively environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety in and around the swimming pool, actively supervising guests;
• Rotate positions regularly to stay alert and attentive;
• Serve as the point of contact for guests, engaging in friendly conversation;
• Act preventively in risky situations and provide first aid when necessary;
• Sell water toys and contribute to a positive atmosphere;
• Perform light maintenance tasks and monitor water quality;
• Work in a close-knit team where collaboration, attentiveness, and enjoyment go hand in hand;
• Have ample opportunity to learn and grow within Aqua Mundo.

• Salary in scale 4 of the CAO Recreatie (starting salary €2,468.35 based on 38 hours);

Qualifications

• Hospitality-oriented, social, and able to easily engage with others;
• Demonstrates calmness and responsibility, even in busy situations;
• Proactive attitude with safety always a priority;
• Enthusiastically informs guests about activities and facilities;
• Willing to obtain an EHBO (first aid) and ZRZ (pool safety) diploma (fully covered by us);
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
