Med-Surg RN – Long Term Assignment (Nights)

About the role

Join a healthcare system as a Regional Float Medical‑Surgical RN supporting multiple hospitals across Missouri and Illinois. This role offers long‑term assignments (LTA) at individual hospitals, allowing familiarity with teams and workflows while providing system‑wide exposure. You will provide patient‑centered care in Med/Surg units, utilizing evidence‑based practices, advocating for patients, and collaborating with interprofessional teams to develop and implement care plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of acute care Med/Surg RN experience
• Current RN license in Missouri and Illinois
• Strong adaptability
• Excellent communication
• Ability to integrate into new teams

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5‑10 years of experience
