About the role

Join the Central Staffing Office as a Regional Float Medical-Surgical RN, providing high-quality patient-centered care across multiple hospitals in Missouri and Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Supporting 11 hospitals by working in acute care Med/Surg units with extended assignments at a single location to build familiarity with teams and workflows.
• Working three 12-hour night shifts, supporting patient safety, quality care, and professional growth.
• Opportunities for cross-training and system support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Med/Surg RN experience.
• Current RN licensure in Missouri and ability to obtain Illinois license.
• Adaptability to work across facilities.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• 5-10 years of experience.
