About the role
Join a leading health system as a Regional Float Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) supporting multiple hospitals across Missouri and Illinois. This role involves providing patient-centered care on acute care Med/Surg units, with extended assignments at a single hospital to foster familiarity and stability. You will support 11 hospitals, practicing exclusively in Med/Surg, and work three 12-hour night shifts with a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of acute care Med/Surg RN experience
- Current RN license in Missouri; Illinois license reimbursement provided
- Willingness to travel between facilities
- Strong adaptability and teamwork skills
- Educational requirements include ADN, BSN, or MSN
