Med-Surg RN – Long Term Assignment (Nights)

Role Overview Join the Central Staffing Office as a Regional Float Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) supporting multiple hospitals across Missouri and Illinois. This position offers extended assignments at a single hospital to build familiarity with the team and workflows while providing high-quality, patient-centered care in acute Med/Surg units. Nurses work three 12-hour night shifts with a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays, fostering connection, collaboration, and professional growth. Key duties include participating in patient safety, quality, and regulatory activities, utilizing evidence-based practices, advocating for patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
