Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs. Participates in safety, quality, and compliance activities, and engages in professional development. Develops and communicates individualized care plans with collaborative team input, considering patient preferences and barriers. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, ensuring holistic care.
Qualifications
Qualifications include an RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience. No supervisory experience required. This is a safety-sensitive role demanding alertness.
