RN Med Surg - Fulltime - Nights

Role Overview: An experienced Registered Nurse (RN) supporting a multi-campus care team in a high-impact role, focusing on delivering personalized, evidence-based patient care, fostering teamwork, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.Promote a safe, respectful team environment and participate in performance improvement projects.Engage in professional development, mentorship, and applying evidence-based practices.Lead resource planning and care coordination to enhance patient experiences and reduce readmissions. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS certifications required.Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and ability to work calmly under pressure.Experience with Epic and 3M systems is a plus. Additional Requirements Familiarity with evidence-based practices, research participation, and patient safety initiatives.Ability to contribute positively to team engagement and shared governance.
