RN Med Surg - Fulltime - Nights

Role Overview: Experienced registered nurses (RNs) are sought to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team, supporting exceptional patient care and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing assessments and interventions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.Create a safe, collaborative environment that promotes teamwork, staff engagement, and shared governance.Participate in performance improvement, research, and patient safety initiatives.Mentor and guide fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members to foster professional development.Lead evidence-based practice initiatives and contribute to decision-making on care tools and systems.Plan proactively for resource management, care transitions, and protocol development to enhance patient experience and reduce readmissions. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required.Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills; ability to remain calm under pressure and manage fast-paced situations effectively.
