RN Med Surg - Fulltime - Nights

Role Overview: This position is for experienced registered nurses supporting a multi-campus care team, focused on delivering personalized, evidence-based patient care. Key Responsibilities Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and participate in performance improvement initiatives.Mentor fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members, fostering professional growth.Apply evidence-based practices, participate in research, and support patient safety efforts.Proactively plan care, optimize resource use, and develop protocols to improve patient experiences and reduce readmissions. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required.Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with data entry.Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills; ability to stay calm under pressure; proficient with Microsoft Office and tech tools.
