About the Role

Registered Nurse (RN) supporting multi-campus care teams in a dynamic healthcare environment. The role involves delivering personalized, evidence-based nursing care, participating in improvement initiatives, and fostering team collaboration in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care from assessment to evaluation.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.
• Foster a safe, collaborative team environment and contribute to performance improvement efforts.
• Mentor fellow nurses and participate in professional development.
• Lead in applying evidence-based practices and participate in research and safety initiatives.
• Proactively plan care, shape protocols, and optimize resource utilization.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience.
• Experience with computer data entry.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
