RN Med Surg - Fulltime - Nights

About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse to support a multi-campus care team, focused on delivering personalized, evidence-based care and improving patient outcomes in a supportive environment that values professional growth, collaboration, and impactful nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full nursing process, from assessment to care planning and evaluation.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and their families to ensure personalized care.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across the care team.

• Mentor colleagues and support their professional development.
• Apply evidence-based practices in daily nursing care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license (single or multi-state).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• National specialty certification in a relevant area.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems.
