Med Surg Clinical Nurse - Nights

Role and Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and communicating across care continuum. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations. Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in ongoing professional development.
