Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences and needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional aspects, fostering a healing environment. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree, RN licensure, and no prior experience. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
