Med Spa Outbound Appointment Setter

About the role

This is a consultative style appointment setting position at Bodenvy, a rapidly expanding medical spa franchise specializing in permanent fat reduction and body sculpting.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)
• Handle inbound inquiries
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport
• Educate prospects on our services
• Book same-day or next-day consultations
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain strong show rates
• Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert

Requirements

• Outbound call center experience preferred
• Comfortable in high-volume dialing
• Strong communication skills
• Persuasive but professional
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Evening (until 9 PM) & weekend availability required
• Bilingual a plus
