Med Spa Outbound Appointment Setter

About the role

This is a consultative style appointment setting position.

Responsibilities

• Makes outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)
• Handles inbound inquiries
• Asks discovery questions and builds rapport
• Educates prospects on our services
• Book same-day or next-day consultations
• Overcomes objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain strong show rates
• Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.

Requirements

• Outbound call center experience preferred
• Comfortable in high-volume dialing
• Strong communication skills
• Persuasive but professional
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Evening (until 9 PM) & weekend availability required
• Bilingual a plus

Qualifications

• Experience in the medical spa industry is a plus
• Knowledge of CoolSculpting and other non-invasive body contouring procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with clients

$20/hour + Bonus
