About the role

This is a consultative style appointment setting position. Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day), handle inbound inquiries, ask discovery questions and build rapport, educate prospects on our services, book same-day or next-day consultations, overcome objections confidently and professionally, and maintain strong show rates.

  • Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.

Requirements

  • Outbound call center experience preferred
  • Comfortable in high-volume dialing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Persuasive but professional
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Evening (until 9 PM) & weekend availability required
  • Bilingual is preferred (English & Spanish)

Qualifications

  • Compensation: $15/hour base
