What You’ll Do
- Makes outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)
- Handles inbound inquiries
- Asks discovery questions and builds rapport
- Edits prospects on our services
- Book same-day or next-day consultations
- Overcomes objections confidently and professionally
- Maintains strong show rates
Primary Goal
This is to book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.
What We’re Looking For
- Outbound call center experience preferred
- Comfortable in high-volume dialing
- Strong communication skills
- Persuasive but professional
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Evening (until 9 PM) & weekend availability required
- Bilingual a plus
Compensation
- Hourly base
- Additional bonus for every consultation that arrives and same-day consultations
Average earning potential
$40,000 - $65,000 per year
