About the role

This is a high-activity, high-impact role where top performers stand out quickly. Compensation: $20/hour base, Per-appointment commission (uncapped), Performance bonuses tied to booked + completed appointments. There's a clear path to increase earnings fast based on output.

Responsibilities

  • Call targeted homeowner lists (NOT random cold dialing)
  • Work leads already touched by marketing (email/text campaigns, storm leads, inbound inquiries)
  • Ask smart questions and guide homeowners to book inspections
  • Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving
  • Follow up consistently until the lead is closed or qualified out
  • Log activity and outcomes in CRM

Requirements

  • You've done appointment setting, call center, telemarketing, or inside sales
  • You're comfortable making 50-100+ calls/day
  • You don't get discouraged by objections - you work through them
  • You stay consistent, organized, and focused during call blocks
  • You want a role where performance = more money

Qualifications

  • If you've worked in home services (roofing, windows, siding)
  • If you've worked in insurance or restoration sales
  • If you've worked in lead follow-up / reactivation campaigns
