Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective customers
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
- Book qualified appointments and demos for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects to confirm and reschedule meetings
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Meet daily and weekly outreach and booking targets
- Explain products and services at a high level
- Handle objections and answer basic questions
- Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date
- Collaborate with sales representatives on smooth handoffs
- Track outreach performance and report results
- Perform additional sales support tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or related roles
- Strong verbal communication and phone skills
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with outreach
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable using CRM and dialer tools
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
