What You’ll Do:
- Makes outbound calls to homeowners from company-provided leads
- Answers inbound calls and schedules free in-home design consultations
- Follows company scripts and professionally overcomes objections
- Confirms upcoming appointments and maintains accurate customer records
- Works closely with the sales team to ensure appointments are qualified and ready
