About the role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our Vancouver team. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations for our sales representatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers
- Schedule and confirm in-home consultation appointments
- Accurately enter and update customer information
- Maintain consistent communication with homeowners and internal teams
- Met daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or appointment setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and data entry skills
