About the role
The appointment setters provide an exceptional first impression on behalf of our customers by calling leads in our CRM software. You will provide an extensive knowledge about our services, and identify consumer wants and needs.
Responsibilities
- Responding to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed
- Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives.
- Keeping a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested.
- Following up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past.
- Open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15 min calls to actual sales calls when needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of B2B high-ticket setter experience.
- Must be US or Canada based.
- Great work ethic, competitive, coachable, and resilient.
- Only wants to focus on 1 offer only and not juggling multiple offers.
- Ability to work weekends.
Qualifications
- Experienced at navigating website pages and quickly identifying information.
- Experience as a setter.
- Experience in social media.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
- Possess critical thinking skills.
- Adaptable.
- Career-oriented and professional.
- Experience in sales is a plus.
