Mechanic-Experienced Truck & Pickup Mechanic

About the role

Rossco Shop LLC, a division of Rossco Crane and Rigging Inc., is looking for experienced Mechanics to join our team. We provide paid training to keep our technicians up to date with the latest information on the equipment we work on.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair light trucks and heavy-duty vehicles, including Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks
• Diagnose issues using diagnostic notebooks and tablets
• Maintain and repair GM 6.6L Duramax and Ford 6.7L diesel engines
• Work on DEF and emissions systems
• Follow all safety protocols and work safely with others
• Be available to work overtime when necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience working on light trucks and heavy-duty vehicles
• Strong service knowledge of Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks
• Light truck experience with diagnostic notebooks and tablets
• Extensive experience with GM 6.6L Duramax and Ford 6.7L diesel engines
• Solid understanding of DEF and emissions systems
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds
• Able to stand for long periods
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing

Pay

Competitive industry pay, depending on experience: $25–$45 per hour.
