Expectations
As a Mechanic at Valmet you will work to assemble and disassemble mechanical roll equipment for the paper industry.
Primary Duties
- Work to assemble and disassemble mechanical roll equipment for the paper industry.
- Ensure repairs are made to industrial production equipment.
- Record parts and materials used, and prepare time and production records as required.
- Read blueprints and manufacturers' manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
