Materials Coordinator

About the role

ICON is seeking a Material Coordinator to work in a team environment to support all production inventory activities, including receiving, stocking, kitting, and ERP systems transactions and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Follow inventory management processes and procedures
• Process incoming material from deliveries, inspecting for kind, count, and condition
• Support communicating and stocking material in appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring all items are effectively identified, protected, and owners are notified
• Track, transact, and monitor materials inbound, outbound, cycle counting, POs and work orders in Netsuite
• Work with warehouse management to optimize part of the warehouse for picking
• Relocation of material with the facility and ERP system as change to layout arises
• Support implementation of inventory management business software system

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing warehouse or inventory management environment
• Ability to communicate with supervisors and Team leads to determine material requirements
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Able to remain on feet for extended time periods
• Have a detail oriented mindset to ensure part count accuracy
• ERP / MRP experience
