The Marketplace Growth Manager role is seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial individual to lead marketplace expansion and drive measurable eCommerce growth across multiple channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing marketplace strategies that increase sales and improve customer acquisition.
- Managing wholesale eCommerce and dropship partnerships, ensuring strong execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluating new marketplace and retail opportunities, creating launch strategies and prioritizing growth initiatives.
- Developing channel-specific strategies to improve marketplace performance and expand customer reach.
- Collaborating with creative, marketing, operations, finance, and sales teams to deliver effective marketplace execution.
Requirements include:
- Strong ownership of channel performance, partner relationships, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing significant budgets, including during high-volume retail periods.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting performance trends and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and marketplace partners.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Experience with TikTok Shop and Amazon advertising solutions such as AMS or DSP is preferred but not required.
- Passion for customer-focused commerce and building scalable growth strategies.
