Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow marketplace accounts across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other emerging e-commerce platforms to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies, including product launches, assortment expansion, pricing optimization, promotions, and digital merchandising initiatives.
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics, sales trends, competitive activity, and healthcare consumer demand to identify opportunities for increased sales and profitability.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, operations, supply chain, and product teams to support marketplace initiatives and ensure compliance within healthcare-related product categories.
- Manage marketplace advertising, account health, and operational performance while preparing regular business reviews and growth reports for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, digital commerce, or account growth, preferably within healthcare, diagnostics, or consumer health industries.
- Experience managing or supporting major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, digital merchandising, analytics, advertising, and online consumer behavior.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
