Essential Job Functions
- Proactively reach out to newly hired agents to introduce yourself, set up a first meet, and onboard technology
- Schedule, promote, and train both groups and one-on-one on Howard Hanna Success Systems for marketing & technology with the goal of increasing adoption across branches
- Schedule, promote, and train both groups and one-on-one on Howard Hanna marketing campaigns to promote the brand
- Monitor branch application usage dashboards
- Cook up, promote, and train both groups and one-on-one on Howard Hanna marketing campaigns to promote the brand
- Coordinate agent outreach with the Branch Leader
- Meet weekly with Branch Leader(s) to review agent activity, training schedule, and office needs
- Monitor and respond to assigned helpdesk inquiries
- Log training activities in Salesforce Time Log Entries
Qualifications
- Associate degree or 2 – 4 years of branch operations or real estate experience preferred
- Proven ability to work well with a varied group of individuals while maintaining a positive and professional manner
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner with all levels of management, agents, and staff both in person and in writing
- High organization skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adjust direction when situation warrants
- Work independently without regular direct supervision
- Ability to multi-task and organize such that tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Ability to present and demonstrate one-on-one or in a group environment in a manner that promotes the effectiveness of our tools to the Real Estate business
- Knowledge of social media platforms, Customer Relationship Management, and willingness to learn and master Howard Hanna Success System of products
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
