Marketing & Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Convert 2% of the database into closed referrals or repeat business every month
• Build and support 40 high-quality real estate agent partners
• Turn every closed loan into at least one referral and one new relationship
• Execute, organize, and optimize all database marketing
• Manage referral partner communication
• Deliver content that stays compliant and relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing and/or relationship management
