  • Develop and execute the content calendar in alignment with overall marketing strategy
  • Repurpose existing content — case studies, blogs, testimonials, and reviews — for social use
  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly; provide friendly and professional customer service where needed, escalating issues appropriately
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (images, videos, captions, reels, etc.) optimized for each platform
  • Act as the social-first face of the brand, creating short-form videos as needed for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
  • Proactively engage with aligned accounts, creators, local influencers and community organizations to grow GreenSavers’ referral and affiliate network
  • Develop and execute initiatives such as giveaways, collaborations, and local event tie-ins to boost engagement
  • Build and schedule marketing and nurture emails using Klaviyo or equivalent email platforms
  • Maintain audience lists, segments, and automations
  • Create compelling subject lines, CTAs, and visuals to maximize open and click-through rates
  • Monitor email performance and suggest improvements based on metrics and trends
  • Write and edit case studies, blog posts, and newsletters that highlight customer stories, projects, and brand expertise
  • Collaborate with contractors, designers, and team members to create seasonal campaign materials
  • Collaborate with Marketing Director to develop a content strategy and calendar for the CEO’s personal channels, supporting thought leadership and community engagement
  • Support ongoing campaigns and launches by coordinating content, creative, and deadlines
  • Update and maintain marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and presentations
  • Auxiliary at in-person events and outreach efforts (e.g., trade shows, community events) as needed to capture content and share real-time updates
  • Stay informed about industry trends, local events, and relevant policy or incentive updates in the green energy space
  • Contribute to internal brainstorms, campaign development, and marketing planning sessions
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of all major social and community platforms
  • Experience creating video-first content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
  • Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify and other website platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong organization and time management; ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication skills and on-camera confidence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, engagement metrics, audience segmentation)
  • Interest in sustainability, home performance, and green energy industries
  • Understanding of community engagement and reputation management platforms (Yelp, Angi’s, Google Reviews)
  • Experience updating website content (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)

Benefits

  • 75% employer-covered medical, vision & life insurance
  • 401k with employer match
  • 2 weeks paid vacation, prorated after 90 days and replenished fully each January
  • 6 paid holidays
  • 5 paid sick days
  • Company-paid industry-related training
  • Plus a genuinely fun and supportive culture: dog-friendly offices, fully stocked fridges with snacks, drinks, and coffee, quarterly happy hours, summer BBQs, team-building trips throughout the year (skiing, snowboarding, rafting, snowshoeing, race car driving, and more), and an annual company retreat.
