Marketing Program Manager V - Reimagine Retention
About the role
The Marketing Program Manager V is responsible for managing large-scale programs or components with multiple workstreams and strategic business goals across departments, functions, or regions. They lead the work of large program teams, monitor program risks, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Promotes learning in others by communicating information and providing advice to drive projects forward; builds relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Counsels and coaches team members by providing performance feedback; develops and executes plans to capitalize on strengths and improve opportunity areas; influences team members within assigned team or unit.
- Monitors, identifies, and mitigates program risks, issues, and trigger events by developing mitigation plans and strategies; resolves or escalates risks or issues as appropriate.
- Maintains alignment, buy-in, engagement, and support of diverse program stakeholders by building and maintaining relationships as well as communicating appropriately with internal customers, third party vendors, senior management, and business leaders; clarifies accountability and authority across stakeholders.
- Reviews vendor performance levels, ensures service level agreements are met, and participates in contract negotiations with vendors.
Requirements
Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and minimum eight (8) years experience in project management or a directly related field, including minimum four (4) years program management experience OR Minimum eleven (11) years experience in project management or a directly related field including minimum four (4) years program management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification. Completion of a project management educational training or certification program. Four (4) years of experience working with the Project Management Office (PMO). Four (4) years of experience working with healthcare operations. Four (4) years of experience working in business optimization and transformation.
